Giro Caden II – Urban Helmet With LED Rear Light

The Caden™ II is designed for city traffic. The lightweight yet durable In-Mold™ helmet shell provides sufficient protection and safety. The seamless TPU visor protects the eyes from direct sunlight and rain without compromising ventilation.

In addition, the removable LED tail light provides passive safety. With the Roc Loc® City adjustment system, the helmet can be quickly and easily adjusted to the right fit. Reflective accents make the helmet visible in the dark. The rear larger vents are reinforced and allow the helmet to be locked there with the bike lock.

Technologies

In-Mold Construction
In-Mold Construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet’s impact-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows for better ventilation systems, making in-mold helmets lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.

Wind Tunnel Ventilation
Giro’s helmets are developed utilizing their proprietary Wind Tunnel™ ventilation system. This elaborate design combines active vents in the helmet’s shell with exhaust channels inside the helmet that thrust fresh, cool air over and around the rider’s head while forcing heat and stale air out. It’s the most effective cooling system available, and a difference you can feel every time you ride.

Super Fit™ Engineering
Giro’s proprietary Super Fit™ sizing system is based on “human scale factors” data and over 25 years of handcrafting helmets.
